top off system

Ok I am looking for a good top off system I have a 55gal tank I am looking at getting water from storage container underneath into tank I am not looking to spend a fortune any one have a tried and true system

You could make one, or get parts from floatswitches.net or I got mine from autotopoff.com .

The Tunze Osmolator is pretty sweet, but you did say didn't want to spend a fortune.

I like floatswitches.net. I am running two of their setups exactly as they reccomend and they work flawlessly. The hardest part of their system is figuring out how far apart to put the two switches. In my case I have them just about an inch apart so my level stays very constant. Definetly use the relay...

I have the one from ultralife and it has worked great for years.

Plug it in and drop the float in the sump.
