Torch Coral photos - Is this normal ?

I've had this torch coral for 5 weeks, and it sits under a 150 watt metal halide light.

There are a few extra long tentacles. I took 2 photos of the same branch (one with flash, one without) that show one of the long tentacles. Is this normal?

The photos were taken when the powerheads were off.

Thanks for any comments!

Eric

Why do you think more flow? If anything I would say less flow, because the tentacles only look about 2 inches long. All the tentacles on mine are about three inches minimum.

He turned the flow off for the photo.
It is normal. Just keep an eye on nearby corals. That tentacle packs a punch and will sting any coral it can reach.
