tri color valida placement

It is coming from a 1000 watt 14k system. My tank is a 40 breeder with 250 20k and 96 watt pc. could i put it anywere or should i start it on the bottom.
Do you think it will burn that the other tank is a 1000 watt.

It should be fine placed up high. 1000watts to 346 watts....should be fine.
