Trouble with skimmer plz help

Finally got my new skimmer yesterday after deciding to getr rid of my seaclown Ithe skimmer is a euro reef es5-3 I have a lefereef overflow the 700 gph and a ten g sump with a quiet1 4000 for return pump. Problem is I have no idea how to set this thing up. Its been runnign in the sump since yesterday and I cant figure out where to set the riser tube or the ventury valve please help

I just got a ER 6-2+, an upgrade from my seaclown as well.

I dunno how you should set these up????

I know you should have a constant water height in your sump, which I am having problems with.
