Trying to encourage Bubble Tip Anem to move

Yesterday I purchased an absolutely beautiful Green Bubble Tip Anemone which came from the LFS on a little rock. I was hoping overnight it would decide to move on its own from the pebble it was attached to but sadly no. How can I gently encourage this little fella to let go of the tiny rock he came with and venture onto one of my rocks?

I have a 20G Long Tank, an AI Prime 16HD Reef LED and a single Aqueon powerhead non-controllable.

Water parameters: Sal 1.024, PH 8.0, Cal 440ppm, KH 8

Pointing a power head at it may help, but in the end, it will go where, and when, it wants.

^. Yes. Altering the water current can help. But don't blast the nem. That won' t help. It may need time to adjust to the lighting, or flow, or chemistry, or whatever. Ultimately it will go where it wants to: you have to make it want to.

Once a nem is placed in your DT, you have no control on where he sits.
Encouraging him to move can be stressful in itself, but your call.
Removing him manually from any substrate may result in his demise.
Just leave him alone, in time, he will move on his own, whether you like the spot or not.
