Tunze care magnet strong

Hello I have a Tunze care magnet strong less than a year old n the inner piece is leaching rust out of it.Its all discolored on the epoxy over the magnet. Is this normal ? Am I still able to use it safely ? Tim

No, this would be a defect, if you can email me a copy of the invoice and a photo of the issue, we will get it replaced. Tunze at sbcglobal dot net
