tunze controller making very loud noise

my controller box just started making a very loud high pitched noise, the box does appear to be warmer then the other one, can you help me out with this. i had to unplug the connector from the box , then it stopped. i have a 6100 with the 7095 controller.
this is what the pump plugs into the silver box.

wow very interesting,!! i have a calcium reactor and kalk re as well, thank you very much for the help, i'll look at that . i haven't cleaned them in about 4-5 mo.

ok so one other question, on the box it says (driver), what does that do then, does that have something to do with the pump as well.

The driver is the Silver box which contains many of the electronics that control the pump

so i'm assuming that it sences that there is something wrong with the pump when the alarm goes off?

Yes various things will cause it to go off. Such as when the prop is running slow or senses drag from things like calcium build up or the impeller dragging on the upper bearing will cause the alarm. Also if the impellers center gets clogged with build up water cannot flow thru causing it as well.
