hey roger,

i'm interested in getting this epoxy but have a couple questions

the package says that it can stick to glass. does that mean i can mount corals right against the back glass with this epoxy?

can i let the product cure underwater? or does it need to be done dry?

thanks =)

Yes, it will adhere to glass, epoxy will cure underwater. We advise in the instructions that the product be used in a bucket and not in the actual aquarium because epoxy is an irritant and may harm sensitive corals. If you are careful and use a small amount, only adhering one coral at a time and waiting at least a day between it won't be a big issue.

alright thanks roger.

have you personally used this epoxy stuff? does it adhere WELL to glass? or is it a kinda iffy situational type of adherence

I have but not as you describe, I have used it in emergencies to seal baffles, fix pipes, even to hold a leaking tank and it does that pretty well. The surface needs to be clean and it probably isn't permanent, the basic idea is to hold something their until it can grow in place or in the case of my repairs, until a more proper repair can be made.
