Tunze Stream 6202

The unit is only running at half power or so. I disconnected it from the multicontroller, adjusted the knob on the dim plug, and its still not running at full power. I also noticed that the small plastic box that you plug the dim plug into is not tight, so if you wiggle the cord you can get the unit to turn on and off. What would cause the unit to run slower then the output i have it set at on the controller? I have other 6200's and a 6100 and i have switched plugs on the multicontroller and have no issues with them. This seems to be isolated to this one unit. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Are you talking about the controller? The light on the controller only show 50% instead of 100%? But when you switch the plug it show full blast?

Are you sure the 6201 has the right transformer? It should be a 24V transformer with a green light on it.

Its a 6201, yes it has the correct transformer, i have had the unit for some time, with no issues, when i lost power i realized it was not really moving much water. So when the power came back on i cleaned it and still seams like it wont pulse, just a constant gentle flow. What could cause this??

Are you sure the propeller is not one from a 6100? Besides a lower than 24V input or a smaller propeller I can't really think of a cause. If the flow is really, really low, like you can watch the prop move in slow motion, it could be faulty electronics.
