This question is a bit too broad for any type of answer.
There are so many things to consider including price.
If you aren't on a budget then disregard seios all together.
If you dont have a sump or closed loop then disregard sea swirls.

Also your asking this on the Tunze board???? The majority of people that come here are either interested in streams or already have them. Your going to get very biased answers................cause anyone who has a stream loves it.

I have had all three and can give an unbiased answer.
Seios - good for smaller tanks where a stream would over power it. good for mixing salt in a bucket.
Streams- move huge amounts of water in a diffuse flow. Very good if you want high flow with low power/heat consumption. Besides a skimmer and light one of the best things for an sps tank. My only complaint is the size. You cant have everything though.
SeaSwirls- good for random flow. the downside is that they put out a jet of water and you will need a closed loop to get high flow. Running a huge pump as a return would work but this leads to tons of water crashing down the overflows. Dursos only go so far then you have to silence your sump. Closed loops have the potential for leaks.

My recomendation: 1 or 2 streams and wait for the wave box.
