Turf algae taking over, please help!

I have been fighting red turf algae since the beginning of my reef tank. This stuff is starting to choke my SPS, not to mention it looks awful. My water seems perfect, NO3=0, PO4=0, Alk ~9.0, Calc=440.

My tangs do not like the stuff. Blenny picks on it a little, but spits most of it out.

I`ve purchased 25 hermits hoping to control the algae, still it`s growing.

Are there any fish/critters that would eat this crap? Please help, I`m very depressed :( .

Here`s a pic,

Thanks,

Paul.

I've had success with a Scopas tang.
I forgot I had the stuff growing out of the rocks untill I took him out
then I put a blenny in (algea eating variety)
he seams to keep it in check
