type of water

grocery store water is hit and miss! It really depends on how often they change their filters. I am sure you heard this many times but purchasing your own home ro/di filter is as good as it gets, if you have the money. If not grocery store water is ok just a little way more expensive in the long run.

I tested the water from those water machines and the reading is too high on my tds meter. i think you can get the distilled instead using ro/di. I just hate running to my LFS because it is not very local. Thanks

I have a ro unit in my home but not the di. the reading on my tds is 11. I hate using it because the water I get from the LFS is 0. I would just like to keep putting in the best water.

I used certified distillled water from the grocery store for many months, it came in gallon jugs and worked very well. I tested it with my TDS meter and every gallon always came up zero. I paid a couple more cents than the other "plain" distilled water but it was worth it.
