Hello,

I'm just wondering what types of fish do you guys recommend with my O. Clownfish? The Aquarium is a 10gallon tank. filled with green star polyp, kenya tree, mushroom rock, and live rocks including cured rocks. If I get a pair in the near future would you recommend having any other fish in the aquarium?

I wouldn't recommend keeping more fish than the pair of ocellaris in your tank. 10 gallons is pretty small.

You mentioned that some of your live rock is cured--do you mean some of it's still curing, or is it just base rock?

well i have a piece of live rock i purchased, and 3 pieces of just base rock, and I constructed a cave and a flat platform for my BTA and another flat platform "live rock" for coral.

It sounds nice. If you plan on keeping a BTA though, you'll want to upgrade your tank size beforehand. It's going to be very hard to keep the water quality high enough for an anemone in a tank that small. You don't need an enormous tank; many people keep them in 34G Solanas, for example, or other all-in-one tanks around that size.

I will hopefully soon, hopefully i can score at least a 30g :)

Personally, with that sized tank, I would just stick with the pair of clowns. The clowns will become aggressive and not take to kindly to any other fish -- more so when/if they ever start to spawn.

Plus, BTAs (( E. Quadricolor )) will get large and take over the whole tank, if not out grow it.
