Tyree $500 Efllo and war coral question

Just out of curiosity, I am wondering what kind of price a 1" frag of the original Tyree $500 Efllo would command, also a 5 head colony of the Tyree war coral.

I think $125 is reasonable for the $500 efflo. Wouldn't be surprised if the asking price is even higher. Doesn't seem to be a lot of it out there.

Fragglereef sold multi head frags of the war coral for $39 a few months (at least) back. No idea on the efflo, don't even know what it looks like

Does anyone feel like inflation has caught up to the hobby? I fully remember my jaw hitting the floor when I heard about the $500 efflo. Nowadays it doesn't seem like that big of a deal. I'm sure there are plenty of reefers who would pay $500 for that ridiculously awesome colony!
