underwater glue question

are there any glue that u can use underwater ?and also non toxic to any fishes?I just want to do some mod with my nano cube but It has fish and anemone in there.

I've never had any problems with regular super glue (the gel stuff is easier to work with).

like reg superglue that sell in seven eleven ? how fast it cure underwater ?coz it cure fast normally

I believe any superglue will work just fine. I use the gel stuff since it's not as runny and is easier to work with. Cures in...maybe 20 seconds? Pretty quick, though I've never timed it.
