unhappy finger leather coral

can anyone give me advice on the best place for my finger leather? and their prfered conditions? ive tried him in a couple of places and he either dosn't like it or the current blows him off or around the rock, i dont really want to glue him down and i heard i need to be carfull he dosn't get to close to other corals. any advice is much apreciated thank you.

I have my leathers about midway in the tank on live rock. They are directly in the water flow. They seem to be doing great. I read fingers needs strong movement & also lighting. What kind of lighting do you have?
