update divers den?

After a year and a half and $350,000.00 of programming, we are launching an all new LiveAquaria.com website. Phase one will be this evening, with more enhancements over the next thirty days.

Please help see us through the transition, there may be hiccups. We have a staff of thirty, mostly programmers, to begin the launch in about three hours, hopefully!!.

Hopefully the organizing of the Diver's Den gets a little better. I'd like to see all the angels together, all the butterflies together, and all the wrasse together.
 
Everything in tonights update is listed by common name vs scientific which we are all used to, for example blue spotted jawfish are listed by scientific (from before), as blue spotted jawfish, and as jawfish, blue spotted.(so they are on 3 different pages of the fish listings)

Thanks. I had a feeling that it was just due to the update, but wanted to make sure. And I will admit that I only looked at the invert section, and missed that all the "new" fish had common names, which would have explained that it was due to the upgrade.

Shouldn't have even been looking since I ordered stuff last night. ;)
 
Looks like the changes should be quite nice! Great work on the site update, congradulations on the huge step! Also, thanks for continuing to invest in your business to make things better for the customer rather than continuing with the same.

I really like the new look of divers den. The quick stats is very nice. Is the list of whats on divers den new too, or have I been brousing the hard way not realising the list was there? If it is new thanks for making it easier to browse divers den. I also like that you have the new items posted as NEW :D
 
Looking at the fully updated site now, and it looks great.

And I feel the same way that Christina does about "NEW", very nice feature.

Now, if I may make one little suggestion -- put the "next page" or the direct link to a page at the bottom. That way won't have to scroll back up to get to the next page.

Don't want to sound like a pain in the butt, just think it would be nice. :)

Will you be able to view previous orders and what they contained with the new site, cause when I log into my account on live aquaria it doesn't show them nor does it show on Drs F&S, which I figure it wouldn't cause its a different site, but just would like to be able to look back on previous orders

Viewing your order history is coming soon in our Phase 2 of the LiveAquaria.com redesign. Until that time please know our staff is always willing to email or fax you copies of your invoices and will certainly take the time to explain your account over the phone. I agree with everyone, the new set up looks great, and the "New" lables are nice to have. Ill also agree with Todd that it would be nice to have a navigation bar at the bottom, even if only a "next/previous page" button just for convienience.

Nice job with the changes so far :)

New divers den is FANTASTIC! Much easier to navigate and more info on the den critters.
