URI T5 Super Actinic Vaporware?

This thing was to be released this month... well this month is running out of days. I have not heard so much as a peep from anybody about this bulb. Secondly, with all of the anticipation, I would imagine if it ever does become a reality, that it will be hard to get for a while.
