Uses for an air pump

Does anyone know if this air pump can be used to pump water? I want to use it to pump in water for my auto top off system

You need to get one that pumps water. Tom Aquatic aqualifters are cheap and used by a lot of reefers for ATO.

No air pumps won't work once they are full of water.

It can work - check out air lift pumps. However, is it practical? Probably not.

As the others have mentioned - get an Aqualifter or small MJ.

It will work if you have a sealed top off reservoir. There was a post in the nano reef diy thread about it
