Vectra M2 very noisy

Hello.

I have sent an email to Ecotech customer service on Monday morning regarding a very loud Vectra M2 newly bought and had no answer so I'm hoping this message serves as a reminder to it.

Has anyone experienced loud new generation Vectras? What causes this noise? And its just on the low level. When one increases it to 50%, it´s very uncomfortable to stay next to the tank.
