This meeting looks like it will happen. Although it is a Wed night, it is Charlie Veron. Author of Corals of the World series and 2004 Darwin Medal recipient.

Normally, found in Australia, we have managed to gain Mr. Veron's attention while en-route to another function.

This one will be worth the trip up .

He was not able to work through the logistics of the flights. The airlines just had too many restrictions and not enough seats to make it possible for him to visit us on this trip of his to the states.

Maybe next year.
