Very Dissapointed

I ordered Fl Rics from sea life inc. and i was not pleased .. i payed with pay pal and only a few days later after waitin did they confirm that the transaction did not go through .. when it finnally did go through .. my order didn't come in still and its been about 6-7 days ...

does anyone have their number ? i couldn't find it on the website ..

Out of curiosity why didn't the payment go through?

And I think its ken? I think he only ships out at the beginning of the week so corals don't get mixed up in any weekend backup. It has also been very hot recently here in fl so I'd hang tight a little more and see if he gets back in touch with you..

Don't have the number but have had positive past experience so I hope this helps a little

yeah that all sounds great but .. my money is already gone techniclly .. and if for some reason i get no shipment its going to be unfortunate .. i just hope i get it

I was in contact with Ken early this week about an order I'm placing and he told me he was going out of town for most of the week. I'm sure you'll be hearing from him soon.

I have always been pleased when I've placed an order with him.

Ken finnally contacted me after 2 weeks of no notice stating that my shipment came a week ago .. when i went to the post office to pick it up (which was already a hassle ) they told me that it has only been here for about a few days .. no where near a weeks time .. im not blaming it on him .. but why say that he sent it 2 weeks ago .. when they just came few days ago ..
