how fast do they grow? and how do you fed them? spot feed, or how often,.etc?

They grow quicker than a chalice, but they not fast growers. I don't spot feed them. I actually started the mother colony out of a quarter size frag and it grew to the size of the picture with in a year. I consider this type of favia much hardier than others. I said 2 weeks for new frags because I don't like to sell favias until they are completely healed from the cuttings. I'll post pictures of the frags, when they are ready to sell.
