Water flow question

What is the right amount of water flow for a 90 gallon? I have heard that you should use about 20 times tank size as a starting point. This tank will have lr, soft and sps corals, and some fish (probably 10-15 at the most).

My tank has about 35 X with my current setup. 2 Ea. Seio 1100 PW (2200 GPH), 2 Ea. MJ 1200 (590 gph), the return is about 425.

I think it perfect for my 90. You could probably do less but I like to keep junk in suspension and the MJ blow behind the rock to keep things moving. I intend to have a mixed reef.

I wouldn't go less then 20x turnover rate. 25-35 is a good amount for a turnover rate.
