water in sump too high- HELP PLEASE!

How do I get the water level in the sum down? It's almost to the top, and the tank water is about two inches low.

What is a stand pipe? Is that in the outside of the eoverflow? It's a HOB.

Is the HOB adjustable? If it is, raise the section that is inside the tank.

I raised the tube on the outside, and I think that did the trick. Thanks all!

I'd do like JR719 suggested and raise the section of the overflow that is in the tank instead of messing with the tube. If the tube falls back down and the sump water level raises again you could flood if you have a power outtage...
