just wanted to ask a quick question. Is it true when you have a sump water does not evaporate from the DT but the sump. And is it the return section in the sump that the water evaporates from thx

It evaporates from anywhere where air is reaching the water surface, but due to the level of the overflow box in a tank with a sump, and the pump from the sump back to the tank, you'll notice the water level drop in the sump.
