lately in the summer my temp gauge has gone up to about 82degrees i am worried it is too hot what do u guys think a stable temp is ? what methods other than a chiller would be efficient ??thanks

77 is pretty low for corals. average ocean temperatures where corals grow is 83 degrees i believe. i personally leave mine at 81 to give a little bit of room incase something happens and the tank starts to heat up. running the temp at 77 will definitely slow coral growth.
