wavebox on an 8x8 tank?

Could a wavebox work on a tank that's 8'x8' and maybe 30" tall?

How would you set it up?

It's possible, it definitely hasn't been tested, but I really doubt it will work.

I know for a fact that one wave box didn't work on my 4' x 4' x 2' tank.....never tested it for 2 waveboxes...

Why wouldn't it work?

It works on resonance and a cube has a screwy resonance pattern. The energy is too diffuse.
