The problem is no one makes plastic three bladed propellers. The only ones I have found so far also have brass inserts which would need to be drilled out, this can be a real PITA to do speaking from experience.
Actually, I've found it pretty easy to get the brass insert out. If it's gets hot at all, it slips right out. I Just stuck my demel against the brass bit til it gets hot, then pull it out with pliers. It almost seems that they fall out from gravity.
I think the ones I've been using are grounding or something like that. german.

What do you mean 'nobody has a 3-blade prop'??? At tower hobbies, of all places, there is a Nikko prop. I am using it right now on a MJ400. It has the same interior diameter as the shaft, and sits on the end of the ridgid air tube attached with flexible air tube. No brass insert, cheap as all #$@!
That prop is less than an inch in diameter. IMO not large enough to make any decent flow. You would get better flow from a 1.25" Dumas prop than that thing.
