When our light switches to "night mode" there is an explosion of life. There seem to be hundreds of very tiny "somethings" in the tank. They are clearly alive. The clown fish go into a feeding frenzy and button polyps appear to catch them as well. We've noticed this twice within the past two weeks. Our tank is about 4 months old, we have about 60lbs of live rock, 2 peppermint shrimp, 2 clown fish, 4 dart fish, a wrasse, a gobie, kenya tree coral and all of the creepy crawlies that come in the live rock. Any ideas what this may be? I wish it did this every night. It's free food for all in the tank.
