Wet Web Media Problem

I've emailed WWM many times before and am very happy with their informative responses and quick replies. I usually get an answer within 24 hours after my email is sent. However, last Monday I sent them an email. I thought something might've gone wrong, so I sent a similar email on Thursday. When that didn't work, I sent one on Saturday. I haven't gotten an answer to any of these emails so far. What is taking so long?

I think it's just that the WWM crew work as volunteers and all have limited time. You might have a faster response posting a question here.

I did at first, but then I answered my own question. Then, I realized that I might've not completely answered my question, so I waited for my thread to go away. I'll go start a new thread.
