mysis, enriched brine shrimp, krill, cockles , mussels, anything i feed the fish really except flake, but only about twice a week

I target feed some mysis, cyclopeeze and coral frenzy to my lps.

LOL sadly thats not tha case in my house...
Everything in the Kitchen belongs to the Wife..

And that's the way it should be .... though I must admit I have tank food in my freezer Buy a little bitty college style fridge/freezer, keep it in the garage and problem solved on the frozen fish food dilema

BTW, I have feed all of the above mentioned (flake too, my lps love prime reef flake food) to my lps and also silver sides, shrimp, anything meaty 3x a week.

Just keep one frozen shrimp in a bag and slice it up at need. My plate coral loves the slices.
