Acanthastrea Echinata probably.

First one look to be Acan Enchinata, second one looks like a Acan Lordhowensis, but the with pic angle I can't tell for sure.

Are the polyps connected?As far as common the second one looks like a rainbow echinata.They catch a fair price IMO.

Looking for prices...http://www.atlantisaquarium.net/index.html typically has a couple pieces...
The first one wouldn't sell for much unless it gets some more orange in it, which it look like it has the potential from the outter edges. the second is kind of a drab rainbow, or is it the pic...either way it's still fairly nice, and you could probably sell frags at a decent price.
