Last but not least Mr. Bigglesworth (the evil stalker of my tanks) sleeping in an empty aquarium...I think he was giving me a hint that I pay too much attention to my tanks and not enough to him:

Karen bought that car for me on my 37 birthday (I am 52 now in the pictures). I started restoring it with safety features like disc brakes, modern BMW seats with head rest , new Engine, suspension completely redone and paint (my first car paint attempt) I restored it myself , pulling and dropping engines,Trans and so on.Karen helped me lift the fender and hood back on when I recovering from Cancer ( I was too weak) I love restoring things. The boat is a family boat from 1957 (great aunt) and was the first Chris Craft boat I restored. Restoring wooden boats is a life time hobby of mine.

I have had 4 fast back Mustangs from 65 to 70 over the years. I have also had 5 different BMW's , Mercedes SL convertibles and so on. Nothing sounds, smells or turns heads like a Classic. I love the luxury of my Avalon.

For me , my Classic car is a passion of my hands ...for my hands. Not many people actually restore their own cars top to bottom to metal. I think this is why My Classic Oceanic half Circle started off the same.It leaked and was old and looked like junk. The owner sold it for nothing knowing it was too much work to pay for fixing.

Nice M3!

I grew up with the classics, but back then they were not classics. Some of my previous cars, 69 Charger S/E, 65 GTO, 67 Impala, 53 GMC 5 windows that we stuffed a 455 in, 76 Coupe De Ville, 76 Monte Carlo, 77 Thunderbird.

The only classic I would have today would be a 69 Trans Am, but then I would probably not drive it much for fear of some idiot hitting it.

I agree. I've had a 61 Impala, 65 Olds, 68 Nova, 73 GrandAm and a few others. I'm old now and live more for comfort and safety. I love my Volvo. I did have a 90 Riveria that got crushed. I'll pick up another one when I see the right one.
