looks like a Paracheilinus Carpenteri. Carpenters flasher wrasse....

Not enough dorsal spines for the carpenteri. With the single dorsal spine and the red anal fin, along with the body markings, my money is on mccoskeri.

You have no cause for complaint either way - it is a lovely fish
