I don't know if I'm a Top Shroomer, but in my opinion, anything works, just make sure to test your water to see if you are within acceptable ranges. I prefer Instant Ocean: Reef Crystals, or a mix of Instant Ocean and Oceanic if I can't find Reef Crystals.

Iam going to go with the Reef crystals made by IO. If you guys go to the water chemesy forum, you will find my duplicate post in which "Boomer" gives three links to salt reaserch and comparisons.

I use reef crystals because i can get it dirt cheap. I dont think the shrooms mind really what gets used as long as it aquarium grade salt lol.
Seriously i use reef crystals because i trust the maker, it dissolves instantly and the parameters dont need a bunch of adjustment before use. I use the same salt in my sps tank.
