i have no clue...

another question i have......one of my feather dusters lost it's plume.......i moved it into a breeder basket because the angel keeps nipping at him.....how do i know if he is still alive in his tube

My feather duster lost his crown and I left him where he was and he built another tube and came back, not as big, but just as nice. I don't know what happens when you move them. I know that if you touch the tube lightly, or what's left of it, you should be able to feel it in there - it'll wiggle.

thanks Fran :)

he hasn't come out of the tube....i think the angel has terrorized him.....leaves my other one alone, though....i did see him once, but he pulled back in quickly, day before yesterday, i think

put the phyto up current from them so that it gently flows over the back of there feathers, dont blast them with it

thanks burntout,

okay, i got that they are button polyps & need little care.....says to place them on the lower level because of the lack of their light requirement.....and work well as a filler.....does that sound about right?
