There is a ton of info on it here, do a search. It's awful stuff and can be very difficult to get rid of. Which is why misidentifying it as a spaghetti worm and beneficial to the tank is a big mistake!
What I would do is make sure your parameters are stable and with good numbers. What are your current parameters? Please provide exact numbers on them and include sg and temp please.

If it's dino's you can dose the Mag up to about 1800 or higher for a few weeks will usually kill it. But NEVER BOIL rock. NO NO NO The fumes from it can kill you
