I can't id it, but I can point to a site that might have it: saltcorner.com. Their lists (and pictures) of wrasses just go on and on.

This might not be a wrasse. At first, I thought chalk bass, but obviously not. Then I thought of the rainford goby, which it also isn't. However, there are two other families worth considering, though I would lean toward goby or wrasse.

If it's not a wrasse I'd lean toward dottyback. The eyes could be dottyback, but the arched back looks more wrasselike. There's a geographer wrasse that looks a little like it, but the colors aren't quite right.

Looks like christmas tree worms. Coco worms are similar.
