What kind of glue for 240 gallon stand?

I'm thinking of assembling the stand with decking screws and either Liquid nails or gorilla glue. I'd appreciate your suggestions.

Elmer's & 1/4" dowels would be fine.

Seriously though, I never use glue, just good screws. Usually 3.5" for 2x4 to 2x4.
