what media should i run in my phosban reactor

What do you want to filter out, and how big is your tank.

For phosphate removal, the reactor is designed to use 150g (or mL, the small container) of PhosBan.

I have a Kent Phosphate Reactor (basically the same as yours) that I am going to try Magnavore PURA Complete (carbon, phosphate remover, and selective resin). Word of warning though, a filter bag may be needed with the PURA (don't know yet), and that will limit the ability to fluidize the media.

what takes out organic phosphate. i already use the phosguard and that takes out the inorganic phosphate i beleive.or maybe i got this wrong please let me know. is it the row phos that takes out organic phosphate . thank you ti and blockaman for your nice responses. it is a 90 gallon with a 20 gallon sump. thank you josh

I'm not sure whether Phosban takes out organic or inorganic phosphate...I suspect inorganic. The organics are probably either removed by skimmer or broken down by bacteria.

I have seen studies that basically showed that Phosban and Rowaphos perform equally well. The Rowa may have more capacity, but I'll just replace the Phosban more often because it's a lot cheaper.

The main benefit I think Phosban has over phosguard is that it won't leach aluminum. I believe the iron-based media can also get a lower residual phosphate.

PS, For your setup, the 150 g should be fine for several months.
