What TWP should do

I saw someone post that you pick up your money the next thurs. or friday for people selling stuff.

Why in the world would they not give you the money as they sell it if you're there! I don't personally care but if I had a few hundred bucks in my pocket, where do you think the first place I'd look to spend it. Right where I was standing! In the store! Lots of people will be just selling things that they don't even want and want to get it out of their way!

Crazy in my opinion.

This is the first time I'll be going to this. Hell, they should BBQ and sell some beer. (that would draw even more sales!) I might just pull up and BBQ and drink beer all day like at the rams games, cardinals games, blues games, and my kids concerts at school LOL, etc...

See everyone there. I'll be the one falling out of the back of my jeep!

That's true, but maybe it's because if people write checks and they bounce then TWP will be out the money.

Yeah, checks clearing, credit card transactions going through and the funds being sent to TWP, the mere organization of a ton of people selling stuff to a ton of people buying. I'm sure they want to make sure they have their numbers right when they hand out money. This sale involves their whole store and a large chunk of the parking lot. Their people will be very busy with just finishing the actual sales transactions. Having people bug them with "gimme my money, gimme my money" would slow down the actual sales.

Shooter you are exactly right,
Plus people don't usually make a couple hundred $ off the items they sell. Typically it's less than $75. Unless someone drops off a 135g Tank and Stand like Hobbes is selling. I think it comes with a skimmer and sump too.

If they did that I think there would definately be problems, since there are so many people there its rediculous ! Trying to keep track of all that $ and try to hand it out ,would be a nightmare !
I think when you see the amount of people you will understand !
I went last year and came back late in the day to get something, since there were hundreds of people inside the store in the morning !!!!! I mean at one time !!!!!!!!!

I meant most people Dave, people bring in strip lights and HOB filters and what not, it you have a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff then thats what you will get....

Im just saying its not always a $1,000 system being sold,
It's misc stuff.
