Im getting my new phosban reactors today and im gonna run one with carbon and one with a phosphate remover. What do you guys recommend for a good carbon and a good phosphate remover. I was thinking the ROWA line of both carbon and phos.

Thanks.

^^ROWAPHOS^^ really good. I used Phosban before but I cant seem to find it locally anymore.

I use 2 Little Fishes carbon & Phosban, but I have heard good things about ROWA as well. You probably can't go wrong with either one of them. :)

phosban in a 2fishes reactor works fine for me, but heard both products (rowa and phosban) work fine, i think there was an article.. maybe on the reefkeeping magazine or maybe another one.. that tested the different phosphate removers and found the ferric-based ones to work fine and that there wasn't much difference between phosban and rowaphos..

i think there was a thread somewhere on rc that had the same question with a link to the article.. i'm sure if you do a 'search' you can find it..

I prefer Warner Marine PhosAR. It's cost less and is peletized so it hs less dust requiring less rinsing.

Didnt really pay attention to wether there was a difference or not. But ROWAPHOS is stronger than Phosban according to the dosage Im assuming.

The one Greg has is a new product, I believe? Still Ive read very good stuff on it.
