What's a good price for a canon eos 20d?

A friend is offering me an used canon eos 20d without lenses and in great condition. Just wondering what they are going for.

Mmmm I'd guess $400-500. No lenses but in good condition probably closer to $400 but how many pictures have been taken with it is a factor. I'd pay $500 for less than 20,000 and less than $400 for 100,000

How can you tell how many pictures were taken with the camera?

You'll have to take his word for it. With that model, only Canon factory service can tell you for sure.

I may be wrong, but if he hasn't reset the number and is using the chronological numbering system, you should be able to just take a picture and see what # the picture is......
