What's my Clown doing?

She looks like she's eating a small amount of sand.
Sometimes she does it slow, but this little video clip shows her doing it quick.

Is she playing? or is something wrong?

The other one tries to do it too, but I think he's just trying to emulate what she's doing.

They sure act like clowns!

No she is not mouthing the sand. She is actually scratching her face. Something is irritating the skin near the snout. Could be an infection or parasite. Look for any signs of ich, brook or anything else. Otherwise the fish look healthy.
