Whats up with my zoas? Cross posting in a couple different forums to try to nail this down. My zoa colonies are not looking too hot. Not opening all the way. Started about a month or so ago, that I noticed. Started mainly with one colony, but now it seems to be affecting more colonies and in different parts of the tank.
I dont see any fish picking at them, and I dont see any pests like spiders or nudis.
Full disclosure, I'm running a hybrid Triton method so I haven't done a water change on months, over 6 probably. Last triton test everything came back pretty much in order aside from low iron, iodine, etc.
Other elements are...
Alk - 8
Calc - 410
Mag - 1380
No3 - 1+/-
P04 - 0.08
Can it be something else I might be overlooking? I know my carbon is old. Over 2 months, will probably change that out tomorrow.
All other coral seem to be doing fine, Lps, scans, green palys, montis, birdsnest, etc.
