What's your favorite 250W HQI bulb?

Personally,I like the Pheonix 14K.

BTW,low cost often means low quality as well.

Phoenix if you need double ended. They are bright and blue though whiter on magnetics. They can be had for about 40-50 and have very high par.

If you are using single end, Radium is best and is an Hqi bulb though single ended.

High PAR and a blue look leaves only Phoenix in a DE variety and it is reasonably priced.

Edit...Phoenix also makes an SE bulb but for overall satisfaction I would go Radium.

Used to use Pheonix back in '05. was wondering if there's a biggger badder bulb since then but ok Phoenix it is then!
