Where Are My Goniopora Buddies?

Hi, I just moved and my 4 YO reeftank into a new tank with all new water, equipment. Lights are the same, tank is a bit deeper.{from a 75 to a 90 gal} I am having issues with two of my gonioporas,{purple & pink} they will not open. It is going on three weeks. My other goni{red} and alveopora are out and fine. Another odd thing is I have two clams, the one on the left is open, but the one on the right which is the same side of the tank as the closed corals, is also staying shut. I thought flow, so I played with it a bit but it did not help. There are other LPS around the gonis that are fine. The changes in the parameters are my mag was a bit low, and my PH is a strong 8.3 now. I always struggled with PH before, I could barely get it to 8.0. I have just gotten a new bottle of mag, so I will be raising that back up. The only other change is a tiny bit of PO4..like 0.03, I think it's coming from the fuge, it has the same substrate..which was disturbed in the move. It seems like it is clearing though, and shows lots of new growth to the chaetomorpha. Any ideas? Some have suggested that perhaps the gonis liked the low PH and dirty old tank.:( Maybe my water is still too clear?

Here!

What type of lighting do you have? The purple's seem to be very sensitive to changes toward higher lighting. Even though you're using the same lighting and your tank is deeper than before you are also using new water, which can make a big difference even though it doesn't seem like it.

Thanks John, just the man I need to talk to.:) I am thinking it could be a combination of things. New flow pattern, clearer water.. I have been working on getting life back into the water column, it's just going to take some time. The lighting is 2X 250 USHIO 10 K MH's on Blueline E-ballasts, and 4 X 110 URI VHO actinics on an icecap 660. Do you think there is any truth to gonioporas liking low PH? I also had the purple up on a small flat rock which went missing, I am getting another saturday for it.
