where should i set my war coral ...

I just put 2 ai sols on my tank
72 x 18 x 28
lights are set 10-11" above water
war coral is about half way down and lights are set at 60%


las week I raised the light percentage to fast and moved (novice)
only coral that slightly got tinged was the war coral ....

now lights are set to above specs .... at what level should I set my war coral in hopes that it would shed the lt grey tinge???

With most of my corals I start at the bottom and work my way up a bit once a week. During this time though i don't touch the light intensity. Maybe this method will help?
