If you cut and leave the "tabs" on you can use gel superglue to attach pieces together. It's a little more sturdy than zip ties

I haven't found a gel super glue that works well on this stuff yet. What brand are you using?

I used Loctite brand on white eggcrate... I couldn't say for sure it works on the black stuff but I build a couple pretty sturdy ones with the white stuff
